Log Lighter Kits

Custom kits may include a variety of components — usually, one valve (straight or angled) with escutcheon, 3 “ key, one cast iron prefab burner, selected precision-cut black steel pipe nipples in a variety of lengths, and assorted malleable iron pipe fittings.  Work with our log lighter specialist to design your custom kit -- or order our basic log lighter kit.

Note:  Kits come disassembled.  Pre-assembly on some parts are available on request.

The PJ Valve Kit is excellent for converting traditional wood burning fireplaces to gas burning units.  ASA (CSA) approved with a 13,000 BTU rating, this kit includes a gas control valve, an 8" removable key, 3/8" 90 degree elbow, and a 3/8" x 3/8" FIP brass fitting.

Don't need a full log lighter kit?  LLS's Valve Kit will get you started.  Valve Kits include an angle or straight valve, a flat or dome escutcheon, and a 3" key.  Available in polished brass, chrome, and pewter.
